Reiki Usui Level 3A

Reiki Usui Level 3A is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is transmitted through “hand-imposing” and is based on the idea that an invisible “vital energy” flows through us and is what keeps us alive.

If the level of “vital energy” is low, we are more prone to illness or more stressed. If it is high, we are more capable of feeling happy and healthy Reiki treats the person as a whole, including body, emotion, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, a deep feeling of peace, security and
well-being.
