This immersive full-day retreat is designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit through a combination of ceremonial cacao, meditation, movement, journaling, grounding practices, and transformational workshops. Participants will leave feeling reset, empowered, and deeply connected to themselves.Schedule
7:30 AM – Arrival & Reception
- Participants arrive and are welcomed with a refreshing cold herbal tea on an empty stomach.
- 30-minute reception to settle in and connect.
8:00 AM – Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork
- Opening ceremonial cacao to awaken the heart and senses.
- Guided breathwork session to prepare the body and mind for the day.
10:00 AM – Breakfast Pause
- Nourishing breakfast served (healthy, seasonal, plant-forward options).
11:00 AM – Workshop with Luciana (1 hour)
- Interactive, transformative workshop led by Luciana focusing on personal growth and self-discovery. ( Gabby will help at begining then will organise the meals)
12:00 PM – Movement/Exercise Session (1 hour)
- Gentle guided exercise to release tension and integrate the morning practices.
1:30 PM – Lunch (1 hour)
- Wholesome, grounding meal to replenish energy and support digestion.
2:30 PM – Silent Meditation & Journaling ( Gabby and Luciana)
- Deep silent meditation to connect with inner wisdom.
- Guided journaling session to reflect on insights, set intentions, and release fears.
- Ritual for “burning fears”, letting go of what no longer serves.
4:00 PM – Closing Circle & Tea (30 minutes)
- Final reflections, group sharing, and grounding.
- Light tea served to close the experience, allowing a gentle transition back to daily life.
Additional Notes:
- All meals are included and designed to support mental clarity, energy, and digestion.
- Retreat is suitable for all levels; no prior experience in meditation, yoga, or ceremonial practices is required.
- Participants are encouraged to arrive on an empty stomach for the cacao ceremony.
My name is Gabby Essado, and I founded this movement to bring a more holistic and mindful approach to health and well-being. With over 15 years of experience as a dietitian specialising in Phytotherapy and Acupuncture, I am thrilled to offer you personalised nutritional guidance and holistic services that emphasise health, balance, and flavour.
From my early days as a dietitian, I held a firm belief that true health involves more than just managing dietary intake and maintaining an exercise regimen. It’s a holistic journey that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. This philosophy came to life after a transformative personal experience that started during an unexpected chapter of my life.
Working at McDonald’s far from my home in Brazil, I watched as my health deteriorated and I gained weight rapidly. This was a wake-up call that led me to realise that healing must address the whole person, not just the physical aspects.
Since childhood I have studied spirituality, ancient worlds, Egypt, astronomy, astrology, and quantum physics, always fascinated by the mysteries of the universe.
Guided by my Higher Self, I immersed myself in natural and energetic therapies such as Reiki, Seichim Seichem, Thetahealing, Access Bars, Psionic Quantum Table, crystals, and Ho’oponopono. This journey reconnected me with my divine essence and strengthened my purpose of guiding others to awakening.
From this calling the Rainbow Flower Academy was born, a space to serve the highest good and inspire people to choose love over fear and live their best selves.
