This Yin Yoga class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen.
A gentle guidance through long-held Yin postures allows the body to release tension and the mind to become quiet. Each asana is offered with presence and care, supporting deep rest and inner awareness.
Throughout the practice, you will be held by live sound healing. As the body rests in stillness, healing sounds and vibrations move through the space, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of connection.
This is not a practice of doing.
It is a practice of receiving.
