There are moments when continuing to be who you learned to be is no longer possible.
I know that place. It was there that my path began more than 20 years ago, not in theory, but in the crossing itself.
In the deconstruction of my own layers, in the silences, the falls, the pain, in integrating both light and shadow, and in meeting what had always been there, waiting to be remembered.
Today, I do not work only with the mind. I work with what lies beneath it.
With the body that holds memories, with the emotions asking for space, and with the consciousness that shapes the way you live your life.
I could speak about my many trainings, diplomas, and certifications accumulated over years of study, deepening, and searching to understand the human being through different paths. But over time, I came to understand that guiding a therapeutic process is not only about that. Knowledge is essential. It provides foundation, direction, and structure. But transformation is also sustained by feeling, by contact, by encounter, by lived experience, by what has been personally traversed, integrated, and recognized within.
My work is born from that place.
In short, I am a psychotherapist with training in psychoanalysis, Gestalt techniques, postgraduate specialization in family constellations and integrative approaches, and I also work with body-based therapy. I integrate holistic, energetic, and shamanic knowledge into my practice. I facilitate healing ceremonies, guided meditations, and consciousness expansion processes.
What I offer goes beyond any single technique.
I am not here to give you ready-made answers, nor to fit you into theories. You know more about your process than anyone else.
What I do is guide you, with presence, listening, and depth, so that you can access your own answers.
I help you identify and release what you had to become in order to survive, so that you can finally remember who you truly are.
I work in an integrative way, bringing together mind, emotions, and body, because everything you live, your body has already felt before your mind fully understands it.
In the end, this is not about changing who you are.
It is about no longer sustaining who you are not.
It is about remembering who you are and living with greater truth and meaning.
I am here to guide you through your process ✨
